All orders will be shipped the next business day after they are received, Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship on the same business day that we receive the order. Orders are generally shipped from Wickford, Rhode Island. On occasion we may have your order drop shipped directly to you from one of our manufacturers.
If an item is out of stock or backordered on your order, we’ll email you with an estimated ship date or a suggested alternate item. Simply email us back and let us know if you still want to place the order or cancel.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days.
Expedited shipping via UPS to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Express Next Day Delivery
Overnight delivery via UPS. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will arrive the next business day.

We provide free boat delivery anywhere in Rhode Island and offer a 10% discount on accessories with a boat purchase as well as a discount on one of our Oceanplay instructional programs. Environmentally friendly shipping materials - We are committed to the outdoors and try in every way that we can to be an environmentally friendly business. Whenever possible, we reuse and recycle our shipping boxes and packing materials, including the packing materials that we may receive from our suppliers. You will receive new high quality merchandise but it may be packed with recycled materials. Please reuse and recycle!

You can return accessory items within 45 days from the date of purchase, for a replacement item or a full refund of the purchase price.
- All returned items must be returned in new “sellable” condition such that we can put the item back in our inventory and resell it. This means that it must be in its original packaging with all of the parts and pieces it arrived with. Simply put, in the same condition that you would want to receive it as a customer.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, and items you wish to return. We will issue you an RA # to include with your return.
- A receipt must accompany all returns along with a brief description of the problem or unhappiness.
- Items which are marked as specials on our website or in our retail store are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be made to the credit card which was used for the original purchase or in the event of a cash or check payment, we will refund you with a company check.
Boats are final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless we have made an error.
We will make every effort to get your order right the first time. However, If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item, color or size of an item, we will send you a prepaid tag for UPS return shipping and will reship the correct item at our cost. Simply email email@example.com with the details and we’ll ship you out the correct item(s).
