Return Policy

You can return accessory items within 45 days from the date of purchase, for a replacement item or a full refund of the purchase price. 


v     All returned items must be returned in new “sellable” condition such that we can put the item back in our inventory and resell it.  This means that it must be in its original packaging with all of the parts and pieces it arrived with. Simply put, in the same condition that you would want to receive it as a customer.


v     Please email with your name, order #, and items you wish to return.  We will issue you an RA # to include with your return.


v     A receipt must accompany all returns along with a brief description of the problem or unhappiness.


v     Items which are marked as specials on our website or in our retail store are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return.


v     Refunds will be made to the credit card which was used for the original purchase or in the event of a cash or check payment, we will refund you with a company check.

Boats are final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless we have made an error.




We will make every effort to get your order right the first time.  However, If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item, color or size of an item, we will send you a prepaid tag for UPS return shipping and will reship the correct item at our cost.  Simply email with the details and we’ll ship you out the correct item(s).
